Shipping policy

After making your final flooring decision, you will need your flooring to be shipped to you. Here’s our shipping policy so you have a full understanding of how, when and how much flooring you will receive.

Starting off with the free samples. You will be receiving the free samples – free of charge – through our transportation system within 24 – 72 hours in working days.

The driver of the transported item will contact you when being close to reaching your destination and make the right arrangements so you receive your flooring within the time compatible to you.

Our main goal is to provide you with the best experience and make sure the whole process is according to your expectations, therefore damage of the products or lost is extremely rare, but just in case anything of this sort happens we guarantee to provide you with the replacement products promptly. In order to make our customers reach the highest level of satisfaction we advise you to make sure of the following once you have received your order:

  • Check out the product you have received and make sure it is free of any damage that might have occurred during the shipping. Look out for any missing items as ordered by counting each item and checking the product type.
  • No extra chargers are requested to be payed other than that of the flooring material and equipment you have purchased along with the delivery costs, we do not add any extra delivery service charges including tips for the delivery man.
  • Once you received the flooring material in your home make sure that you keep it safe in the room where it is to be installed so that it can accommodate to the temperature. It will also be safer to keep it there so you don’t have to keep moving the flooring boxes and reduce the chances of having any damaged flooring items. This may be extremely beneficial since flooring boxes are not that light!
  • Make sure to keep the driver waiting until you have made sure that you have received the right flooring type and correct amount of flooring and it is all in good condition. Otherwise you can return the items with the driver and await for your replacement items to be sent promptly
  • The places where installation and shipping is available are: The central region, eastern region and western region. If the total bill was 5000 Saudi Riyals or more, there will be no additional charges for installation and shipping. But if the total bill was under 5000 Saudi Riyals then the charges will be taken depending on the location of the installment.
  • In the locations where there is no installment services (Only Shipment), the company is not responsible for any installment if the total bill was under 20,000 Saudi Riyals (Note: the company will help the client find the right installment services without being responsible for any installation.) If the total bill was more than 20,000, the company will install and ship the floorings.

Return Policy

Even though we make sure that you have the best shopping experience where you will not have to return any items at all, we understand that in certain situations you might want or have to return the items that have reached to you. Before you make any decision have a look at our return policy:

Choosing the right product is definitely what you need for every project you have. We offer you the service of ordering a free sample to reduce the chances of you have to return any item and understand how the flooring will look like and feel like through our free sample. Above all even if you are still not satisfied with what you have received we guarantee to have your back and help you till the end with what we can.

  • All returns and exchange items are subject to approval and must be made in the first 30 days of receiving the product.
  • We can’t accept any opened boxes as a return item unless there is a problem or damage with the product due to the shipping or manufacturing. Products must be in their normal proper condition that you have purchased them online with and store them properly until we are able to take them and return them from you.
  • You can cancel orders before they have been shipped, this way you have made the choice to cancel the items from being shipped and returning what you have chosen without having to pay for any shipping costs.
  • If you want to return a shipment that has already been shipped, that is possible but you are obliged to pay for the shipping costs that have already been made. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to the customer and back to the company.
  • Do not refuse any received orders without any reasonable reason. If you refuse to take the shipment from the driver you will be charged with the shipping costs to you and back to the company.
  • If you have lost any items during installing the flooring, then we are not responsible for any faulty items or damaged items that have occurred. Unless you have scheduled our professional certified team to install your flooring, any damaged item is your responsibility.

Overall if you are not 100% satisfied with your product you don’t have to worry about that! Just make sure you have not opened the wrapping and keep it safe, we will come return it right away according to the conditions stated above!
